DUE DATES

• September 8 NLSA annual accreditation fee - $750 (Invoice from LCMS)

• October 6 NLSA Year of Application Fee $750 (application & check mailed to the District Office - only if this is the first application)

• October 4 CAPSO members’ dues (mailed to the District Office)

• October 1-15 Private School Affidavit (statutory filing period)

• November 1 School Statistical Form

• April 15 NLSA annual report due (emailed to the CNH District Office)

• Fiscal Year End Annual Certificate Racial Nondiscrimination Form 5578 due date to the IRS is determined by the Fiscal Yearend for your school.
