This Church Worker Care Team is part of our District’s Worker Wellness Goal to Provide efficient and effective resources and opportunities for God’s people to live healthy lives in all areas; physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being.
“Bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.”
- Galatians 6:2
The Church Worker Care Team is a group of fellow church professionals that the CNH District has asked to be available to come alongside fellow District church workers during a challenging time in their lives to provide them with a listening ear and spiritual support.

The Church Worker Care Team was formed to give our church workers currently serving congregations, schools, and ministries, someone to whom they can speak who is a fellow church professional who can be that safe and spiritually caring colleague to provide support during a challenging time.
Church Worker Care Team
The process is quite simple. Care team members contact information is available on the CNH District website. They include both ordained and commissioned workers. If a District church worker has a challenge or need, they may contact any of the team members. It is important to understand that this is not professional counseling. It is meant to provide a listening ear and spiritual support, although a referral for professional counseling may be recommended by the team member.
