The CNH District Worker Wellness initiative presents a Counseling & Coaching opportunity to meet the ever-changing ministry landscape and needs of our professional church workers.

This resource is for Pastors, DCEs, School Administrators, Teachers, and their immediate family members.

BY THE NUMBERS

Counseling 21 individuals have either received services or reached out for assistance $1,350 have been given from District funds to help provide financial assistance

Coaching 11 participants in the Fall 2025 pilot program 4 active participants since Spring 2026 District funds are available for those in financial need
