Mission Training Center welcomes Cassie Rivkin as new Program Coordinator.

Originally from Chicago, Cassie Rivkin has spent the past two decades serving alongside her husband Rev. Dr. Dominic Rivkin in a wide range of ministry contexts—from church planting in Southern California to leadership development across the Pacific Southwest District of the LCMS. Her experience in building teams, supporting leaders, and nurturing mission-focused communities brings both depth and energy to this role.

A lifelong member of the LCMS, her understanding of mission expanded through church planting, where she discovered firsthand that the mission field is wherever God places us. Cassie brings thoughtful organization, relational warmth, and a heart for equipping others to serve.

In addition to her ministry work, she is the founder of EXEN Adventures, creating and leading events for people to experience God in the outdoors. She and her husband have two adult daughters, a grandbaby on the way in 2026, and enjoy hiking, camping, and traveling (including completing the Camino de Santiago for their 30th anniversary).
