The Bay Area CNH FiveTwo Summit was a reminder of why collaborative leadership matters. Over 20 congregations and 115 leaders gathered in one room on Saturday with a shared purpose: to think boldly about the future of ministry and to discern how each congregation can faithfully proclaim the Gospel in its own corner of the world.
The conversations were honest. The ideas were creative. The prayers were sincere.
Pastors, lay leaders, and ministry teams were not just asking, "How do we survive?" They were asking, "How do we reach? How do we serve? How do we align our mission with the communities God has placed around us?
When congregations slow down long enough to clarify purpose, name priorities, and commit to next steps, momentum begins to build. Strategy becomes servant to mission. Vision gains traction. And the Gospel stays at the center.
We are grateful for every congregation that showed up ready to learn, share, and lead forward. The work ahead is significant, but so is the opportunity. The Bay Area is not short on need. It is not short on complexity. But it is also not short on possibility.
Let's keep building!
