“What if caring for your own well-being could strengthen your ministry, your joy, and your daily walk with God?”
That’s the heart behind our new CNH District wellness initiative, Healthy Living, Healthy Serving. In 2026, we’re inviting every church worker to take simple, meaningful steps toward physical, mental, and spiritual health so that as we serve others, we do so from a place of strength, not exhaustion.
In partnership with Concordia Plans, the CNH District is launching a church worker wellness initiative for 2026 called, "Healthy Living, Healthy Serving" based on Romans 12:1, "Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship."
This year, we want to encourage every church worker in the CNH District to take simple, intentional steps toward a healthier lifestyle—because your well-being matters.
To support you, we’re aiming to increase participation in Vitality® through Concordia Plans, or a similar wellness program offered through your church or school’s health plan. These tools help you track your personal progress and allow us, as a district, to grow healthier together.
If you’re on a different health plan, check with your provider about any wellness resources they offer. We’ve also included a list of wellness programs available in California, Nevada, and Hawaii to help you get started. If you haven’t already, now’s a great time to sign up for Vitality®, or the wellness incentive program offered through your church or school’s health plan.

Vitality Bingo Challenge is coming to the CNH District in August!
The CNH District and Concordia Plans is proud to be bringing a fun activity like this to our ministries. These types of events bring about camaraderie, wellness solution awareness, and fun!
Vitality Bingo Challenge will be held between Monday, August 10 and Sunday, September 27.
How It Works
Complete 10 activities to earn 250 Vitality Points
Complete 15 activities to earn 500 Vitality Points
Be among the first to finish for a chance to receive an additional prize
Your ministry can win, too!
CNH ministries with at least 10 workers participating, will be eligible for a prize when 30% or more of their workers complete the challenge.

Registration opens Monday, August 3.
Challenge starts Monday, August 10.

Be among the first to complete the form and you'll be eligible to receive one of our prizes! A limited number of prizes are available, so start today!
The challenge is available to Concordia Health Plan members and enrolled spouses who are also covered by the plan.
If you are not in the Concordia Health Plans, you can still participate in this challenge.
