Election of the Synod President will be by votes cast by the elected delegates that have attended their District Conventions. Congregations should consider electing alternate Lay Delegates to ensure their vote in case the elected delegate cannot attend. Lay Delegate nomination form is

For Circuit Counselor Elections, biographies and consent of nominees are to be made available to the Circuit Counselor before the Circuit Forum to verify that the candidate is willing and eligible to serve. Nominations from the floor may come only from the names suggested by the District President.
