CNH District - Reformation Faith Offering

The 67th CNH District Convention in May 2006 adopted a resolution highlighting the very thing our churches are eager to do: support missions. At that convention this resolution was adopted:

Res. (1-04) Title: TO APPOINT A STANDING TASK FORCE FOR MISSION AWARENESS AND FUNDRAISING

RESOLVED, that the congregations of the California-Nevada-Hawaii District participate both in mission awareness and fundraising for the sake of the lost.

Reformation Sunday is the name given to this annual effort. You are encouraged to mark it on your church calendars as a day to celebrate God's kindness to us in granting Luther's rediscovery of the true Gospel and his courageous proclamation of it to the world of his day.
