Your strategy must focus primarily on serving the community, not the congregation. Begin with asking,
- Whom is the Lord wanting to serve in this community and in the online world?
- How can we use our website (internet radio, podcasts, screencasts, etc) to reach and be understood by people who are not Christian?

- How will progress in this project be reported and reviewed?
